Advertiser Terms

Starter terms for suppliers, recruiters, advertisers, and sponsors using paid placements.

Last updated: 19 May 2026Draft for legal review

Built for trust from the start

These pages give the MVP a clear public trust layer. Before launch, a solicitor should review them against the final business model, suppliers, and operating processes.

Important MVP notice

These advertiser terms are a draft for MVP testing. Final pricing, inventory, approval rules, cancellation rules, and reporting commitments should be confirmed before paid campaigns are sold.

Advertiser responsibility

Advertisers are responsible for ensuring their adverts, claims, images, landing pages, prices, incentives, and promotions are lawful, accurate, and suitable for a professional travel trade audience.

Approval and moderation

Travel Xchange may review, reject, pause, remove, or request changes to adverts that appear misleading, unsafe, poor quality, unlawful, or inconsistent with the platform's professional purpose.

Sponsored content

Sponsored placements should be clearly labelled where needed so members can understand when content is paid or promoted.

Reporting

Advert analytics are currently placeholders. Future reports may include impressions, clicks, placements, campaign dates, and package performance.

Payment and cancellation

Final payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules will be added when paid advertising packages are activated.
